General

  1. Why are you leaving your current employer?
  2. What do you like/dislike about your current situation?
  3. What are your strengths?
  4. What are your weaknesses?
  5. What motivates you?
  6. What are your short and long term goals?
  7. What is your greatest accomplishment?
  8. What is the greatest adversity that you have overcome?
  9. What are you looking for?
  10. How much money are you looking for?
  11. Tell me about yourself.
  12. What do you think of your boss?
  13. What do you know about our organization?
  14. Why do you want to work for us?
  15. What do you find most attractive about this position?  What seems least attractive about it?
  16. Why should we hire you?
  17. How long would it take for you to make a meaningful contribution to our organization?

Job Requirements

  1. Tell me how you have used macros in Lotus 123.
  2. Give me an example of how you apply FASB 106 at your current employer.
  3. Give me an example of when you had to manage several tasks at one time.

Management

  1. What is your management style?
  2. What do you look for when you hire people?
  3. What do you think is the most difficult thing about being a manager or executive?
